Live Scavenger Hunt Mobile Platform needs a face lift!

This is what xplorio was looking for in their web design

We have been live for the past year and serving some very large customers, however, we are a group of developers that lack any real design skills. We are looking for a designer to help take our apps look and feel to the next level.
