Web Design Brief

We have been live for the past year and serving some very large customers, however, we are a group of developers that lack any real design skills. We are looking for a designer to help take our apps look and feel to the next level.

We do not plan to change the UX of app, but rather just the aesthetics. Ideally, if this project works out well we would work with the same designer to update our site: http://xplor.io

I have included the PSD files we used for the current mobile apps along with the PSD for our logo. In terms of colors we do like the current green and orange/red found in the logo. We have started to gravitate towards a brown textured background, but am open to change on this.

Requirements

Must have

• The home screen should have a larger focus on getting started vs. the other three categories of 'hunts, settings and help'. We worked with a Stonyfield designer when re-skinning the app for the experience an we liked how they did this.

Nice to have

• - Custom web font (Some what playful) I am using Hobo Std in our logo
  - Textured background
  - Fun and playful, yet clean and clear. (Yes I realize that is a challenge)
