This is what WISAR Rising to the Occasion was looking for in their logo design

Gymnastics Victoria is the State body for Gymnastics in Victoria, Australia.

WISAR is a state-wide initiative aimed at increasing the capacity of women to achieve by affecting change within the sport and recreation workforce.

WISAR stands for Women in Sport and Recreation. This 3-year program has been branded "Women in Gymnastics, Rising to the Occasion".

Gymnastics Victoria has been awarded funding from the State Government to deliver a comprehensive professional developmental and leadership program for females, with a focus on senior management and governance.

The program is NOT to increase participation in the sport and therefore including a specific gymnastic type image in the logo is not essential. There should be more of an inspirational feel.
