Ben Black Realty LLC logo design

This is what BB (Ben Black Realty, LLC Est. 2020, Portland, OR - around the outer ring) was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for my Portland, Oregon based real estate business. I originally sketched out something from an idea that I had, but I thought it looked stupid. lol. I liked the Black Rock Coffee logo and thought it would be cool to incorporate something like that using my initials BB. I want to take advantage of my last name "Black". I was thinking of using the two letters back to back and having 4 windows of a house and a roof. When I sketched it out, it looked too much like a butterfly and decided against it. I want something that is of a contemporary design, modern and slick looking. I'm a tech guy at heart and would like to have that shown in my business as I use technology in a lot of what I do. I also want to have a circle around it somewhat of what resembles a hiking patch, and it says around the ring just inside on top and on bottom. "Ben Black Realty LLC, Est. 2020, Portland, Oregon.
