Logo Design Brief
I need a logo for my Portland, Oregon based real estate business. I originally sketched out something from an idea that I had, but I thought it looked stupid. lol. I liked the Black Rock Coffee logo and thought it would be cool to incorporate something like that using my initials BB. I want to take advantage of my last name "Black". I was thinking of using the two letters back to back and having 4 windows of a house and a roof. When I sketched it out, it looked too much like a butterfly and decided against it. I want something that is of a contemporary design, modern and slick looking. I'm a tech guy at heart and would like to have that shown in my business as I use technology in a lot of what I do. I also want to have a circle around it somewhat of what resembles a hiking patch, and it says around the ring just inside on top and on bottom. "Ben Black Realty LLC, Est. 2020, Portland, Oregon. I'd like the lettering to be balanced around the ring.

- I've found that I like Ubuntu, but this may not work for this project. It's hard for me to specify a font. I know I don't want it in script because I don't want it to look old world. I'm trying to be modern.

Must have
- Some cool design with the 2 letter B's and some thing that has some sort of house shape to it. It does need to have the words Been Black Realty LLC on it as well. I'm not married to the circular design, but I thought it might look cool as a patch. People in Oregon like to hike. I'm not convinced that the black rock logo is necessarily the way to go either.
Nice to have
- Nice to have it have some sort of techy feel to it. If that's possible.

- I don't want to restrict anyone's creativity with this one
