Creative Crowdsourcing Consultancy needs a logo design

This is what ROQ 4 Tomorrow (or Roq 4 Tomorrow) was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design as I strike out as strategic crowdsourcing consultant who does branding, communication and innovation projects with Clients in food & beverage, personal care, home care and consumer health care. The logo should communicate the following values: freedom, movement, openness, creativity, agility, collaboration. The name of the consultancy is Roq 4 Tomorrow.
I'm open to having "Roq" in caps or in lower case / a mix. The company is called "Roq" but I like the second meaning of "Rock" as in movement, dance, play, activity, dynamism (not stones), so please explore adding in some of this "agility / freedom" - even creativity - into the logo design without making it to young. (I'm Gen X, not a Millennial or Gen Z.)
Another conceptual pointer could be to leverage the idea of "for tomorrow" - making things better for people (planet too), a new day, promise, positivity, ....
