Artistic Letterhead/logo for Facial Plastic Surgery

This is what Otolaryngology; Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery was looking for in their logo design

IN Summary, I am looking for a Letterhead/Logo for a Medical Practice. Here is a list of things I hope to incorporate:
1) Ideally, i would have an image that somehow encompasses the idea of Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery. - somehow bring together the care of the patient as well as the cosmetics/beauty involved in facial plastic surgery. I only do surgery above the shoulders so there is no need for a complex full body image.
2) Ideally, My name should be a part of the logo, unless someone can easily identify within the image. You can use either James P. Bonaparte or J.P Bonaparte
3) My Academic titles after my name would be nice as well given this is used to help people know my qualifications.
4) Somewhere in the image, in the Logo-Text - It would be nice to have what I do (however I realize it is alot of words so any ideas are appreciated) The issue is, Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery are two very different specialities, but are connected. Medic… Read more
