Logo Design Brief
IN Summary, I am looking for a Letterhead/Logo for a Medical Practice. Here is a list of things I hope to incorporate:
1) Ideally, i would have an image that somehow encompasses the idea of Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery. - somehow bring together the care of the patient as well as the cosmetics/beauty involved in facial plastic surgery. I only do surgery above the shoulders so there is no need for a complex full body image.
2) Ideally, My name should be a part of the logo, unless someone can easily identify within the image. You can use either James P. Bonaparte or J.P Bonaparte
3) My Academic titles after my name would be nice as well given this is used to help people know my qualifications.
4) Somewhere in the image, in the Logo-Text - It would be nice to have what I do (however I realize it is alot of words so any ideas are appreciated) The issue is, Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery are two very different specialities, but are connected. Medical Surgery meets Cosmetic/Artistic Surgery so to speak. Hence why it is required to have both somewhere in the title if possible. I included a friend of mine's website below with his Logo, just to see what I mean. ( I dont intend this to mean I want something like this, but just the professional side of things).
5) However, I am very open to ideas and comments and suggestions and your creative vision.
A Little about Me:
I am a new grad starting out my career in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (Ears, Nose and Throat) as well as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Prior to medicine I did Art so I want to support the artistic community with things like this. I am looking for a logo/letterhead that Says who I am and what I do.
I am a friendly, imaginative and artistic person who is also a skilled surgeon. I am professional thus want to ensure this has a sense of imagination yet stays in the realm of medicine. I live in Ottawa, Canada (the capital of Canada). So I am a part of the University of Ottawa. Also, I work with kids, adults and serve both small and big communities.
Also, i work closely with other's in my field and will need nice letterheads and some other artistic design in the near future. Would be great to meet a designer who shares a vision with me.

Requirements
Nice to have
- Ideally, I'd like to have my name either (JP Bonaparte or James P. Bonaparte) with degrees and what i do. Does not have to be main focus of the design, but would be nice to be part of it if possible. I'm open to other suggestions of course! I Also like the idea of incorperating a facial image or image of the head in neck in a flowing manner. I like style however, I am very very open to ideas.
James P. Bonaparte, MD, MSc, FRCS(C)
Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
I suppose the other thing is Color, I am open to colors. I tend to like Blues, however being in the Ottawa capital Region of Canada, Red and White would stick out as well. But i'm open to whatever looks best.
The OTHER important issue, is in Ottawa it is a Bilingual City both French and English are spoken. If anyone was able to figure out a way to bring these together creatively, that would be fantastic. So a translastion of Otolaryngology or Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery would be interesting...Without obviously too much clutter. This may be impossible, but I figure it is a challenge!
I included below two images I noticed onlineI like. One is for a product, but It would be interesting to see a line drawing similar to this as I like to lines forming the lips, eye and eyebrow with the text somewhat set in it. Just an idea from my head...
