Velluto Tech Incubator Logo -- Old School Vegas Neon Style Logo

This is what Velluto Tech Incubator was looking for in their logo design

Please take inspiration from "old school" Las Vegas neon signs such as these: http://vellu.to/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/fremont-parallax-bw.jpg

Final logo should be a vector image of no more than 4 colors. (i.e. no gradients or photorealistic elements). Should be able to work in both a vertical and horizontal format.

The word Velluto should be more prominent than Tech Incubator.
