Logo Design Brief

Logo for http://vellu.to/.

Please take inspiration from "old school" Las Vegas neon signs such as these: http://vellu.to/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/fremont-parallax-bw.jpg

Final logo should be a vector image of no more than 4 colors. (i.e. no gradients or photorealistic elements). Should be able to work in both a vertical and horizontal format.

The word Velluto should be more prominent than Tech Incubator.
