Since we want our label to have a somewhat ancient/classical look, I am thinking about hand-drawing an ancient/medieval-ish label in calligraphy. Would you be interested in that?

Besides, I can have it up in about a day, but just wanted to ask as it would deviate from the requirements (at least for the fonts). By the way, interesting project!

I am quite open to suggestions and creativity!

Can you please elaborate about the label design of which product you want, as there are teas, tisanes, soaps and other products on your website,each requiring different label dimensions & styling etc. Iam confused since the old label provided by yourself is only for tea.
P.S. I really love the colors of your teas specially the lord strathcona grey-black tea with orange petals.

Hi Geet, and Thanks for the question!

As you saw, lots of products but the basic design would be the same for all of them. We decided to start with the teas/tisanes.

If you are successful we would work together for future product designs. I have four collections for which products fall under, so keep this in mind (it makes labelling slightly easier, just a matter of changing text). Please assume this project is a tea/tisane label and create a sample for our four collections: Heather, Highland, Moorland and Botanist (gardening and herbalist).

The old tea label I uploaded as a starting point for this design process -- but I don't like it. I do like the brewing instructions. The design I have requested should have text retained (no outlines) submitted in .ai format.

The size of the label is 3.25" x 7.75" for the biodegradable bag (a front and back) which I can also use on tins as a value added packaging. Please design for the 3.25" x 7.75" for now. My initial thoughts are for a vertical label, but horizontal would work as well. Your choice.
