Infographic Design Brief

We are a department within the University of Colorado that does research and focuses on electronic asynchronous consultations (eConsults) between primary care physicians and specialty physicians. We have data about use of eConsults in rural and frontier areas and need graphical representation of the data. Would appreciate having a meeting with the designer that gets assigned to this project to talk about vision and requirements, if possible.
