Kindly let us know if you are looking for an A4 size tri fold brochure or a smaller, envelope size tri fold brochure which can be used to send in an envelope? Please clarify.

I am not sure what size the A4 is but the sample I am using is 8 1/2 tall by 11inches wide. The style is a roll style (folded in thirds).  This smaller size can fit in an envelope. 


Pages- 3 printed sides in front, 3 in back.

I attached one of the pictures, the picture of the facility from above.  The rest of the pictures are being taken on this coming Wed and will be ready on Thursday.  I will attach them to the brief then.

We are working on content and hope to have a draft on line later today. The general categories will be:

1. Front page: logo with name- picture of facility from above, descriptor- Residential Substance Dependence Treatment
2. First inside page: List of symptoms and problem behaviors we treat
3.Middle inside page: Intro to facility-  first paragraph-what we provide and a second paragraph on treatment philosophy.
4.Third inside page: Services Provided
5. 3rd outside page (fold inside trifold): The Journey Quote
6. Payment options and address and phone at bottom

We really need to know what images do we count with in order to design the brochure. If for any reason we dont have those images on time to submit in the lapse supposed for the invite (72 h), rest assured that I will be submitting as soon as I can finish even after that lapse. Kind regards.

I apologize for my lack of experience with graphic design, but will do my best to answer your questions. 

Kelly at GraphXperts- The text is a word document created on a Mac.  Some of the other designers have been able to open the document as they have used the actual copy I provided in thier designs.  I am not sure what to do to fix this issue for you. If you need me to save the document in a different format, please let me know and I will do my best. I will check on the facility picture again. No one else has said they could not open it yet.

Answer: 13creative  The size of the sample brochure that I am wanting is 8 1/2 inches tall by (top to bottom) by 11 inches wide (left to right). In centimeters I think that translates to 21.59 x 27.94. The number of pages statement I provided was missleading. There is only one 81/2 x 11 sheet of paper that will be folded in a trifold such that there are a total of 6 section or sides of print.   When the paper is layed flat, there are 3 sections/sides/pages of information on each side. Hope that helps.  I also forgot to add the quote text to the text documebt, so I will attached another word document with the quote this morning.

Answer: Anto-  I understand the delay in text and pictures are an issue to meeting the deadline. I am fine with extending the deadline to allow time to integrate the professional photos into the designs.  If you want to use a few "sample" photo''s in your designs, you are welcome to do that. Based on the amount of text we have, I would plan on no more that 4 pictures total at this point, a shot of the bedrooms, house exterier, grounds and mountains. I will attache the photos next week as soon as I can- by Thursday is the goal.

Right now I am looking for a general look and feel that we like. Colors and style is where we are at right now.

Thanks to all of you for your questions and hard work on this project.  Brochures can be a challange to create so will do all I can to make this as easy as possible.

The script font used in the logo is Black Chancery. I don''t have a preference for the rest of the font.
