Brochure Design Brief
New private 16 bed residential substance abuse treatment facility in Mapleton, UT. Facility located in elegant 11,000 home with stunning views of the mountains. Facility is Tudor style with traditional furnishings-an aerial picture of facility is attached.
Attached are the logo, original art drafts, picture of facility and business card. Additional pictures of grounds will be attached later. Professional pictures are being taken on 12-12 and will be uploaded on 12-13 or 14.
The brochure is to emphasis the lovely home and park like grounds that sits at the base of a beautiful mountain range in Mapleton, UT. Focus is on treatment in serene and elegant location. Do not want colors too dark and the style of the maple leaf cannot be changed. Will need space for main picture of house on front, facility description, address and how to contact, treatment philosophy, treatment provided, Admission Criteria, and insurance information.
Do not have the contact information too small or written over a dark color. No solid colored backgrounds.
Overall theme should follow logo and business cards and stay more traditional with use of nature via maple leaf and mountain on logo.
The sample I am using is 8 1/2 tall by 11inches wide. The style is a roll style (folded in thirds). This smaller size can fit in an envelope.
Pages- 3 printed sides in front, 3 in back.
I attached one of the pictures, the picture of the facility from above. The rest of the pictures are being taken on this coming Wed and will be ready on Thursday. I will attach them to the brief then.
We are working on content and hope to have a draft on line later today. The general categories will be:
1. Front page: logo with name- picture of facility from above, descriptor- Residential Substance Dependence Treatment
2. First inside page: List of symptoms and problem behaviors we treat
3.Middle inside page: Intro to facility- first paragraph-what we provide and a second paragraph on treatment philosophy.
4.Third inside page: Services Provided
5. 3rd outside page (fold inside trifold): The Journey Quote
6. Payment options and address and phone at bottom
Note* for some reason the Look and Feel slider keeps reseting to neutral each time. Look at my posting for business cards and logo to see my scales. Also, the color choices offered in the brief are limited. Please use the gold and darker green, not the lighter green shown.
