Web Design Brief

Need a website designed, coded and implemented on our server for a subdomain of our main web site archatrak.com to promote commercial outdoor furniture products and a modular deck product. The requirements are hopefully explained in sufficient detail in the attached word document.

I understand at first the budget on the project is low but I'm looking to see the designs submitted first then once I have chosen a winner, I will increase the budget with what will be agreed on between me and the winning designer.
