A custom theme and plug in on Wordpress platform would be fine.

I understand your point about the 'guarantee' but of course the safety net works from both sides. I don't want to risk $880 and not receive any design that is not of sufficiently high standard. All I can say is that we do intend to proceed with web design and I'm quite happy to pay more than the $880 we have committed so far to receive a web site of the quality we need.

This is the first time I have used DesignCrowd and the way it works is a lot different from other freelancer sites we have used previously.
