Low ratings - one and two stars only demotivate designers to participate with new design proposals.

Because low ratings lead the designer's rating to a crash.

If you do not like a design, you better delete the star rating and then ELIMINATE the design without putting one or two stars.

I have adjusted all star ratings to reflect a better submission. The minimum i gave is a 3 star. hopefully that improves the reviews received by designers

I'm sorry for posting a low star rating. A designer has mentioned that this impacts your designer rating. So i've made my minimum review a 3 star. I don't want anyone's review to suffer. I'm glad that a designer expressed this to me. I will only give 3 star and above reviews. If i really do not like the submission i will just remove the design without giving a star rating.
