You have asked the wrong question. The question you should ask is: Is there any respect for the designers here?
No feedback, no rate. Nothing!!! Congratulations for the winner, nice design. But I hope it's a unique design. Because it's a hype here to win with copied designs.

This redistribution of awards has always been of interest to me.
I agree that the winning design should take the principal.
But it is better not to post such participation.
