1. Why does it appear as CLOSED, do you need to reopen to allow submissions in?
2. If you want more and best quality entries, I would strongly suggest to guarantee payment, hence the budget is fair to low.

The budget i feel is fair to create a simple logo design. It's not far to low. All we require a simple a logo.
