I don't need it to go live right away, but I will eventually need a functioning site. Functioning in that it should be able to play a video, process a sale etc.
I assume that's what you're getting at?
Still new to this stuff so I apologise for my lack of relevant knowledge!

You will have to upgrade your project to a coded one and increase the budget to get what you are looking for. Hi folks. A couple questions coming in regarding if it's a functioning site- coded or non-coded.
I think i'll go with uncoded, or non-functioning for now. I'll select and pay for a design and then work with that designer to progress toward a functioning site with an upgraded budget. Does that sound okay?
