Web Design Brief

We're a creative firm who connects content with clients.
I am looking to build a membership site where free users will upload content in either video, audio, written or picture format, and clients can choose to purchase said content through the site.
3 levels of membership - free users (who can upload content), paid users (who can browse and purchase content) and admin (my team, who can liaise between the two and shuffle content around and edit descriptions of that content).
Can this even be done!?

I'll just ask for a design at this stage, then once I've selected it I can work with you to progress into a fully functioning site if that works?

For paid users I would like it to have a square-tile look- similar to lifeandtimes.com (although I don't like Jay-Z, I much prefer Nas).

I'd like to be able to edit the site's content myself, so even if you were to design the site through something like wix? I'm new to this so let me know if I'm being ridiculus.
