So ... you need a poster ? payment is by the poster? Or something else?

Not clear if this project is only for poster or you are asking for all other designs as well?

- Tshirt option (must have legal id as follows somewhere: NMLS 1094582)
- PPT Slide(s) with animation
- Intranet web banner
- Short animated video for web site

The Culture Statement is for internal use only and the main promotion is by poster. The poster design will be used for other things like t-shirts for employees, PPT slides for training, etc., and an intranet banner. If the poster does not translate well to tshirts or other uses, then I need variations.

that said, the main thing is a really cool poster to get the Culture Statement promoted and accepted by our 350 employees.

The main promotion to our employees is via a poster that we'll frame and hang in each office (23 office now, 350 employees and growing).

If the poster design translates to tshirts, ppt slides, etc. then no variations needed. Sometimes though the poster is too complicated or some type too small to shrink to smaller uses, and variations are required.
