Poster Design Brief

Nearly three year old start up has formed a Culture Committee and we've come up with words that match each letter of LOANSTAR to explain our culture (cheezy, we know, but first time employee committee came up with it!). Anyway, need someone to make it look good and effectively communicate our culture statement. For internal use only. Posters, tshirts, intranet banner, PPT slide (animation or no animation ok).
