Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design that both compliments our parent company's logo but also is strong enough to stand on its own. We build energy-efficient and sustainable custom homes in Central Florida (Orlando). They range in size from 2000 SF to 18,000 SF. Our "niche" is that we build our homes using Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) wall systems. This exterior structural wall provides homeowners with the best thermal envelope (energy efficient = the lowest utility costs), superior strength (solid, steel reinforced, and insulated concrete walls - tornado proof homes), and a healthy living environment (no water or air infiltration through the walls thus blocking any pollutants, allergens, and pests). Plus...these homes can be designed with any style and no restrictions on designs - contemporary, traditional, luxury, large windows, radius walls, tall walls, etc. Please see our website at www.turningleafco.com for more info. Also, notice our parent company (Turning Leaf Construction) colors - we'd like to keep the green tones. We could like a creative use of a "leaf" or "leaves" and could be interested in orange and yellow colors with our green colors. The final design should clearly communicate that we build custom homes.
