Wordpress Design Brief

I am looking for a clean, professional design for my personal wordpress site. I am beginning a new job search and I want to get this site up to help promote my skills and gain attention from prospective employers and peers. I will use the site to post how-to articles and screen casts on technical topics. I work in the Telecommunications industry, specifically I work with Cisco System's Voice Over IP technology. You can see information about the products I work with at http://www.cisco.com/go/cc and http://www.cisco.com/go/voice. I am also an experienced programmer. I mention these things as I think it will drive inspiration for the design and images. I have also included a list of sites run by other people in my industry in the case that they are helpful to designers in determining what the content of my site would be.

The following would be required of the winning submission:

1. Clean, professional wordpress theme that is supported in Chrome, IE 8+, firefox, and safari.
2. Necessary customization/plugins to allow author links and photo to show up in google search results when posts I publish to the site are part of Google results set.
(ex. http://www.virante.org/blog/2012/01/08/how-to-show-your-author-photo-in-google-search-results/)
3. Well placed plugin/customization to allow "share it" type links (per post) to major social networks (linkedin, facebook, twitter, google+, etc.).
4. Short author bio included on each post that includes links to my twitter, linkedin, google+ pages.
5. Ability to tweet, in a standard format with a link, when a new post is published to the site.
6. Ability to include javascript in wordpress pages, even if it is as simple as placing a single js file on the server that is linked when the "page" script is rendered. I need to be able to place forms in the page and reference js functions in the onclick methods from this js file on the server. This should also include jquery functions, but I believe that jquery APIs are already loaded as part of new wordpress versions. (This is more a nice-to-have feature, not required)
7. I would like to be able to host video content from my site directly instead of using youtube, etc and embedding. Much of the target audience for my site would be large enterprise hiring staff that may have public video services blocked by their IT staff's internet proxy.
8. All design components should be optimized for indexing on major search engines.
9. Favorite icon for the site.
10. Tag cloud for the site.
11. Ability to list "Featured" post in the side bar.

What the winner will provide:

1. Wordpress theme with design.
2. List of plugins needed to meet requirements or design.
3. All images used in design.
4. Any custom php, javascript, or css files needed for the design.
5. List of core wordpress files customized as part of the design.
6. Any source files for custom images or design work (like psd)

1. I really like the feel of this site. Obviously, this guy has some cartoon version of himself in the design that I would not have, but the top navigation bar detail and collapse/top float as you scroll is very nice:
