Project owner, if you don't update your brief your money will go to waste as you've also guaranteed the payment. If the project closes without you updating the brief I don't think there is a way to open it again.

Tip for ProjectOwners: Respect the effort and dedication in designs which had respected and followed your orientations and desire(what sometimes can't be harder) or simply don't give orientations at all and give designers total freedom to pick the color scheme for your logo.
