Presentation Design - Roof Co Sales Presentation

I am partnering up with Roof Co, I need to help build their brand and first we are going to start with a sales and estimate presentation / binder that includes individual pdfs / flyers . I am going to give you copies of their current stuff along with the pdfs / flyers that you created for Orange Exteriors and I am looking for a design that is consistent throughout. Elegant, professional, and on brand to roof co. Here is a list of things I am looking to start with that will be included into the sales presentation binder. ALSO, Roof Co does not currently have a company slogan. We need to come up with ideas for that.
