Website migration and upgrade

We have a website design done, and we now wish to have it coded.

The current website (www.byte-tools.com) is done in Zencart, and we would like to refresh it. We would like to move to Lemonstand, but are open to alternatives. We would like to preserve the

Here is a summary of what we believe needs to be done:

- Install LemonStand or the target CMS/cart on my server
- Import data
- Categories
- Products
- Images
- Users
- Orders ( Some effort due to having to match up the old product IDs with the new ones, as well as old customer IDs with new ones )
- Integrate ticketing system for customer communication or just use the "Contact Us" page.
- Integrate our Wiki or just use CMS pages
- Integrate Doxygen generated pages
- Payment gateway ( PayPal )
- Shipping methods ( we use FedEx )

Additional functionality:
- Expiring downloads that are emailed to customer
