This is what a business in United States was looking for in their web design

We want a page to educate the facility managers of Office buildings on the wasted lighting that is left on at night time in their buildings. The page should encourage them to reach out to us for ways to reduce/eliminate the wasted lighting.
Part of the motivation is created by showing photographs of city skylines, and highlight specific buildings, and floors in buildings that have lights left on when the light is not needed. We have attached photos of the San Francisco and LA skylines. Details:
- We would like a graphic on the page that is the symbol to represent the Dark Skyline we are working to create.
- The page should be able to segment different cities
- The page should be stand alone with enough information to be valuable, but also should link into more details
