Creating image characters for fashion brands [mainly wolves]

This is what a business in Japan was looking for in their t-shirt design

I mainly want a design like an image. I'm looking for an illustration that suits street fashion. The characteristics of the character are wolf, lazy, drunk, hair color is gray and white, eyes are either sleepy eyes or sharp eyes, open mouth and stick out tongue, leaning on something, smoking. I want an illustration that looks like either cool or cute, or an illustration that looks like both.
