Biker Style Patch / T-Shirt Design

This is what Velvet Nail Lounge LLC was looking for in their t-shirt design

I want a patch design for my riding jacket and possibly for some t-shirts. The elements for are a Biker style patch - A wicked Eagle with Open wings holding or flanked over the shoulder by a south Viet Flag and American Flag. The bottom ribbon, near or heald by the eagle, to say "Vietnamese American"
