"Purple Walrus Knight" - Quick and easy design job. Modification of an image

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

We have an alpha release of code dropping in a few weeks. We code named it "The Venerable Purple Walrus Knight" release.

The following image popped up as I was googling around for an appropriate graphic to put on a t-shirt:

I want this image modified in the following ways.
* Replace hat/toboggan with some sort of knight's helmet
* Put a sword in his hand
* Reduce entire thing to one color, dark purple. Ok to use shading of some sort.


We're a start up, and this is only going on a few shirts, so I'm looking for an easy job for less than $100.

Should be quick work for whoever takes it on.
