scorpio theme faded to other design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

i have scorpio written in old english letters on my forarm and im looking to turn that into a half sleeve starting on my hand going up just past my elbow. I have acouple of ideas that id like on my arm but i just dont know how to put it together.

Id like to continue the scorpio theme on my forearm and maybe fade into something else, id like it to incorporate my 2 kids names (Payton, and Mikael) i also would like to make sure this looks as masculine as possible. things i like:

Compass
Religious cross
Clock
Scorpion
Scorpio symbol
