Mom with Alzheimer's Tribute Tattoo for me and my siblings

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

My siblings and I would like to honor my mom, who has Alzheimer's, by getting a "family tattoo." I was thinking of using an elephant, which is associated with family, luck, strength, wisdom, and loyalty. Plus, "elephants never forget!" Also, we would like Forget-Me-Not flowers incorporated in it since that is also a symbol for Alzheimer's and dementia. Purple is also associated with dementia, so I would like that incorporated as well. I would also like the phrase "I will remember for you" in the design. There are 4 kids, so I was thinking, maybe four flowers to symbolize the 4 of us. Also, maybe something gender neutral, since I have both brothers and sister.
