Love, healing and faith tatoo

This is what a business in Denmark was looking for in their tattoo design

I want a cross including the Rod of Asclepius with the snake. Then I want the first letters of the names of my husband, children and grandchildren, C for my husband, M, A, P, A for my children and B, B, A, E, E for my grandchildren. No colours, all black, if a heart can be included without it being too messy, that would be nice. I am suffering from cancer and this is very important for me to get the best tatoo.
