Postcard Design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their postcard design

I want to design two full color postcards, I think the size is about 8.5 by 5.5.

The first is attact Driving While Suspended and Driving Without Insurance client's. I have a list of people charged with those crimes and the postcard goes out each week.

I have been sending letters for years and have been successful but am looking to send only postcards. I am very good at writing the message, terrible with art work. I need you to place the information that I provide below onto a post card with the idea that all of those that receive it will call me. Each person charged receives about 5 postcards and 10 letters from lawyers.
