Corporate Identity Logo for a startup empowerement training firm

This is what Perchingtree Solutions (with Solutions in second line) was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design for a startup consulting cum training firm in area of improving human performance.

I am looking for a minimalist, professional, neat, elegant design with strong emphasis on creative work within the typeface. NO Graphics Required except playing around with the text based logo.

I want the emphasis on the main word (Perchingtree) and Solutions to be in the second line.

My colour preferences are Black & Grey OR Black and White OR Navy Blue and Grey OR Dark Maroon and Grey OR Grey scale.
