Project Goals: We are seeking to rebrand a fledgling project (3 years old) that has operated under the acronym AAIMS - Alleviating Antipsychotic Induced Metabolic Syndrome. Our goal with the new logo is to move away from the project’s past focus on participants’ mental illness diagnoses, and instead showcase the project’s mission, which seeks to empower people on their path to recovery and wellness through a deeper relationship to fresh, healthy food and to their community.
We want the new logo to convey the spirit of the following words:
community
healing
healthy food
positive choices
teaching alternatives
growing roots
The logo will be displayed on printed program brochures and materials, aprons, and t-shirts, and used for online promotion. Most of these materials will be in used in peer-led community outreach and advocacy work for healthy food, and cooking, nutrition workshops and events in urban, low-income, culturally diverse communities.
