Peace Tree Desserts Logo Design

This is what Peace Tree Desserts was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo designed for my eco-luxe dessert company Peace Tree Desserts in Fairfield County, CT. My target market is well-educated, eco-conscious, wealthy, foodies. I want the logo to communicate that Peace Tree Desserts is a sustainable, eco-luxe dessert company, accessible, fun and bohemian, earthy, organic, creative, artisan, not a huge corporate company. I currently have a logo and am simply looking for someone to simplify it and make it look more like a logo than a painting. I would like to retain much of the original elements including the tree, the colors, and if possible, my background or something very similar.
