This is what Veritone Media was looking for in their logo design

I am looking for 2 different logos, but with a consistent look and feel

Parent Company is Veritone, Inc. - a technology company that created first-of-its-kind technology to record broadcast and streaming media, including radio, television, podcasts and YouTube, and transcribe the audio into a searchable, digital format that, for the first time ever, and makes audio visible to search engines.
• The color scheme is grey and blues
• Sans serif font, light-weight
• Flat and modern, simple and clean
• We want a button that has an icon that alludes to audio, search, etc. and should come before Veritone
Subsidiary - Veritone Media uses this technology to redefine the relationship between broadcasters and advertisers to directly reach audiences by connecting advertisers to relevant broadcasters and programming like never before.
• The 'Veritone' portion of the logo needs to be the same as the above
