Seeking Vintage style Logo Design for a Home Property management and renovation company

This is what Larson Home Services was looking for in their logo design

We're looking for a logo design for a residential property management company of private homes based in an upscale community of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I would like the logo to have the look and feel of the "Harris Doyle Homes" logo attached:
- one color, dark blue
- similar architectural style font
- same shape
- words below emblem ("LARSON HOME" in large font and "SERVICES" below in smaller font)
