Property Renovation Logo design needed

This is what Hunterdown & Turneround Property Group was looking for in their logo design

We need a Logo designed for a new company.

The two owners names are Paul Hunter and Bradley Turner (hence the business name Hunterdown & Turneround Property Group). We purchase houses, renovate / rejuvenate them and sell them to make a profit. Our 'end product' is a fresh, renovated home. We are looking for a logo that is renovation / real estate / construction related. *Please note we only work on residential homes - not skyscrapers / commercial building. We would like this reflected in the design.
