Improve current logo and design "sister" logo!

This is what redmera / afutured was looking for in their logo design

Hi there,

Are you into creating awesome logos and are you ready to design the best logo ever?? Then this creative challenge is for you:

01) Improvement current logo; "redmera"
Redmera is a little but high-level multi-disciplinary design agency.
The word `redmera' evolved from my last name "Redmer" and my first name "Anet", trying to find a cool domain name, which turned out to be www.redmera.net. Hence the name.
