Need App Icon Designed App- My in house design team needs to be replaced! They failed, I need you!!

Try making a little space man with an antenna transmitting his voice. or I would like a old vintage mic that says "Your Voice " on the top where normally the "On Air " in red would be, Please look at the example pictures I have attached to this, the vintage mics.

Please look at the colors of our the attached pictures to this! Our company logo Micro Bizz ! Please try to use these colors , the green and red/purple wine color in the logo icon for iNtrust as well as possible, but if you feel that it wont work with your design I don''t want to take away from you creativity.
