New Start up logo and brand needed.

This is what Pioneer 4 Progress was looking for in their logo design

This has to be a very eye catching and funky logo for a new start up called Pioneer 4 Progress, working in the field of Mobile Apps for the Government sector. The main customers will be senior executives in Government Services. The company is all about innovation and using technology to radically change how government connects and does business with citizens.

I do not have a colour scheme in mind and will leave that up to you.
