Non-Profit that raises money to fund science to treat ultra rare genetic diseases; Needs Logo Design

This is what The Ryan Foundation Funding Science-Finding Hope was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for an all volunteer non-profit that raises funds to develop science and therapies to treat ultra rare genetic diseases. The name of the non-profit is THE RYAN FOUNDATION and its'' tag line is FUNDING SCIENCE-FINDING HOPE.

We are looking for a simple logo that draws the viewer to see that SCIENCE will provide HOPE. One thought we had was to simply write The Ryan Foundation with the tag line Funding Science-Finding Hope in a smaller font below it with a kite (symbolizing HOPE) with a long tail that appears to be a double helix (a symbol which refers to DNA) coming out of the tag line in some way; perhaps starting in the dash between the Funding Science-Finding Hope.

We are very open to all concepts, however, including simple plays with the letters R and F and with perhaps a visual reference to genetic science with the use of a double helix. The main purpose of the logo is to improve the look on the website www.ryanfoundation.net , business… Read more
