Logo for mediation firm

This is what Shulman ADR Law, P.A. was looking for in their logo design

I provide mediation and arbitration services as the neutral. I am also a lawyer. I have, for another company, used hands shaking in front of a scales of justice, but am open to different designs stressing reaching agreement.
