Real Estate Consulting Logo Challenge

This is what A Real Estate Development Company was looking for in their logo design

We are a Real Estate Consulting company (Strategic Planning Concepts International, LLC) that has been around for almost two decades. Somehow, we have managed to get through this time without ever having our very own logo. We are based in the United States, but currently get about 90% of our business from Mexico.

We produce reports which recommend and predict real estate trends and actions for our clients. Although we deal with many facets of the industry, we specialize in retail.

What we want is a logo that is professional...yes, but something that takes the perceived "boring" out of real estate consulting game. A logo that pops without making our clients think twice about hiring us.
