This is what Blue Ink Homes was looking for in their logo design

Business/Name Description
We need a logo for our home rehabs/selling/buying business. The name of our business is Blue Ink Homes. The blue ink refers to the preferred ink color to sign contracts before color copy machines became common. Blue ink was more difficult to copy.
Speed will be essential to our business.
For Sellers: We can do same day offers and close on a home in less than two weeks and pay cash.
For Rehabs: We'll have homes rehabbed within 1-3 months.
For Buyers: We have a top notch product under market value.
The final design should communicate that we are professional, knowledgeable, agile and not afraid of putting together creative solutions.

Colors
I'd like to see the logo on a white background. I love the blues that are shown in the attached picture. I actually love the picture overall, but not sure how to translate that into a logo.
