North Star Chiropractic needs a logo and a simple sign

This is what optional was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo that works well in black and white. color is ok

I will use this logo on business cards, letterhead, my door, my website, etc...

We are a chiropractic and massage center. I would like it to convey guidance, direction, or navigation (in your health path). Maybe incorporate a compass or a tool a cartographer would use. or a map...

I also need the words "North Star" to be stylized a bit for a sign on the building, for use in the website, and possibly on letter head.
